Message on FacebookHow often should an aircon be cleaned?
Cleaning frequency depends on usage, environment and unit condition. Heavily used units or dusty environments may need more frequent maintenance. If your unit has not been cleaned for over a year, ask our technician to assess whether deep cleaning is more appropriate.
My aircon is not cooling. Do I need Freon?
Not necessarily. Weak cooling can also be caused by dirty coils or filters, airflow restrictions, leaks, electrical issues or component problems. We recommend proper diagnosis before adding refrigerant.
What's the difference between basic and deep cleaning?
Basic cleaning is suitable for routine maintenance. Deep or pull-down cleaning is a more thorough process recommended when there is significant buildup, long maintenance intervals or conditions that require deeper servicing.
Do you service outside Quezon City?
Yes. We cater to clients throughout Metro Manila and nearby provinces, subject to schedule and service-area availability.
Do you handle commercial aircon units?
Yes. We serve both residential and commercial clients and can service common window, split, floor-mounted, cassette and ceiling-type systems.
How much will an aircon repair cost?
Repair cost depends on the diagnosis, labor, replacement parts, accessibility and actual unit condition. The diagnostic fee and any proposed repair cost will be explained before the repair proceeds.
Can you install or relocate my aircon?
Yes. We offer installation, dismantling, transfer and reinstallation. Please include the aircon type, horsepower, current location, destination and any site-access details in your request so the team can prepare an accurate quotation.
Do you offer regular preventive maintenance?
Yes. Scheduled preventive maintenance is available for residential and commercial clients. Frequency and pricing depend on usage, unit type, quantity and location.
